Terms & Conditions

The terms on which Grove & Wright provides property inventory and reporting services.

1. About these terms

These terms govern the provision of property inventory, check-out and related services by Grove & Wright ("we", "us") to our clients ("you"). By confirming a booking with us you accept these terms.

2. Quotes and bookings

Any estimate provided through our website quote calculator is a guide price only. A booking is confirmed, and a price becomes binding, only when we have confirmed it to you in writing.

3. Appointments and access

You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, including keys, parking information and any alarm details. Where access cannot be gained, a call-out charge may apply.

4. Reports

Reports are prepared independently and in good faith, based on a visual inspection of the property at the time of the visit. They do not constitute a structural survey or valuation. Reports are released once any agreed payment terms have been met.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with your booking or on your invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts in line with applicable UK law.

6. Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange or cancel an appointment. Reasonable cancellation charges may apply for short-notice cancellations.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our liability is otherwise limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
